Edmonton is not the Canucks worry. It's Playoff positioning now.

Depending on if we get 3rd, 6th,7th or 8th, we'd love to play any of the Northwest division teams. Wouldn't look forward to playing the Red Wings or the Sharks.

Yeah I agree it's a f@#k'd system. If a game is tied at the end of regulation both teams get one point. The game then goes to sudden death OT and then a shootout and the winner gets an additional point. So some games create 2 points (games one in regulation) and some 3 points (games not won in regulation) it is probably the stupidest aspect about the NHL right now and needs to be fixed. If you have been rooting for the vanwhalers all this time I'm skeered to welcome you on the Pen's fan wagon but maybe their bad mojo comes from some other source (an evil messican perhaps :fdance: )

Sharks- You saved it by the hair of your playoff peach fuzz is all I can say. Sharks definitely need to regroup and get it going or else step aside. Their play has been so disappointing. I really had hoped they would contend this year.

Washington - They are starting to smell like the Crapitols. They are looking like last years Pen's , aka deer in the headlights. Sloppy passes, they are getting beat to a lot of pucks especially outside of the other teams blue line, and need to shot tons more. Okay. I decided to go to the game tonight after all. Despite the fact that it's snowing, hard, and will for about the next 24 hours, and that the players all looked like abused puppies at the practice facility yesterday, I'm going to go. With the Nuggets out and the Avs certain to lose tonight or in Detroit this weekend, the Pepsi Center will basically be closed for the season. I want to go one more time before that happens.

Maybe they can come back and win four in a row!:notallthere:
