Well, let's see how relevant the offered answer is.

That's the danger of posting late at night -- only the loons are around. http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

I just installed the Tru Flow too and it was soaking in oil in the bag! I used paper towels to soak it up and then installed it. Even after that I have some oil that has puddled below the filter! It will definitely throw a code. Just get some carb cleaner and clean off the wires in the MAF sensor and you should be o.k.

Thanks for all the responses, I took the filter out and soaked up the oil and clean and wipe the MAF. That fixed it. One questin about cleaning the MAF with carb cleaner, do you just spray it directly into the MAf??

H2 Bill,
Do you just have the Trueflow filter or the intake tube too. Look for the intake tube but can't find it for TrueFlow. The Airaid is not completely round it's flatten out at the end.

I was going to suggest checking the engine, but it sounds like you have it figured out. http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif
