:clapping: I hate talking to those guys, at work if I'm out working on a customers DSL service and I have to call support, we have to call them to trouble shoot then they can transfer us to tier 2 support which is here in the U.S. they are useless they read from thier little script and have never been any help to me but I can't call tier 2 direct:mad: and they won't transfer me till they've gone through thier crap first:soapbox:

For some reason, they tend to get bent out of shape when I ask to talk with someone who speaks English as a first language!:giggling:
