Recording DVR to DVD?? Help

Would anybody here know how I could transfer recordings from a dish network dvr to a computer and burn a dvd? Or would you know where I could get some info on it. I have the software to burn to dvd I just know how to get it onto the computer the receiver has a usb 2 port.

As long as you are not doing HD, then if your DVR has an S-Video jack and two rca stereo jacks, then you can use this:
