Does anyone by chance have a contact with a Jeep or Chrysler regional manager? My girlfriends Grand Cherokee had a nightmare of a trip to the dealer and won't resolve my issues. Thanks in advance for any help! (I am located in TN, so I guess I need the Southeast regional manager.) Thanks again,
