46" tires how much lift needed

I found 395/85/R20 tires for my Hummer H2 for cheap price. I have 8.5" lift and was wondering would those tires fit ....

I got an 8 inch Fabtech with 40/15.50-20. I am gonna say you would need 10-12 inches for a 46" to clear. But can't bet on it. I'd like to see pics of your truck to.
