My Onstar was running out next month. So I called to cancel it. No real complaints had run out of mins on the phone and am approaching 50K miles. So I said what the hell.
After a few minutes of the rep asking me why, and if I was aware of all the options, she asked if I would like to take advantage of a special...$12.95/month plus 100 free phone minutes. With tax I think it came to under $160. I figured I could use it for another year.
But no ranting or complaining, just decided I didn't need it and that was the first offer I received.
So, in case anyone is in the same boat...
