I saw this on the ABC Nightly News...I don't give a rat's ass what Jesus would drive. If driving my H2 makes me a devil worshipper, then send me to hell!!!!

Fine!!! That's it!!! I'm getting BZLBUB on my plate!!!
How about what make and model of minivan would Moses use to drive his people across the parted sea? While they're at it I'm curious to know what kind of vehicle the Dali Lama would drive, if he were so inclined to go for a spin? Why don't they ask what Bugs Bunny would drive. NUTS!!!

Ha Thanks for the laugh guys.

I'm a Christian and I saw that same article . I told my wife that they sound like thay are trying to play God.
Sometimes people use Christ trying to gain an advantage and I think that is wrong. Where is the love?
Sounds to me they are hurting there witness for Christ (which is what we are supposed to do).
If one of there followers was driving a big SUV and sending them $10,000 a month they probably would drive a Hummer themselves.

The last time I checked, the resources of our planet were given to us to use. According to the Bible, anyway.

When did Religion and Miles Per Gallon become intermingled? I missed that one at church.

I see the people driving this campaign as extremist whackos!

Instead of being thankful that we've bought an American vehicle, they decide to do some self-bashing and single-out a GM product.

On a business trip to Germany, my German counterparts said to me that “You Americans are tricky on oil”, “What do you mean? we spend so much buying oil around the world, newspapers complaint about the oil import deficit all the times, the end If near!” They said what you Americans are doing is to use up the oil around the world first, while saving the native American oil, which is the biggest reserve in the world. They have a point, I never thought about it that way and it is pretty smart thing to do. Evidently that is a common view around the world when I mentioned it to other businesspeople around the world in my travel. Next time when you read about oil import deficit, think about this.

The added bonus for these worried zealots as reported in this article is that Hummers are working hard to convert these non-Christian oil from non-Christian countries into Christian oil. Everybody should be happy.

OK, OK!!! No more religion on this beautiful, fun site!!!! This is supposed to be about sharing with each other, not superstition, guilt and control. Well, maybe control, as in ASC!! /infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

Reminds me of the 'holiday' card that planned-parenthood puts out that says "choice on earth". I'm sure they have no philosophical axe to grind either /infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Take it from me, I know Jesus. I talk to him every couple weeks or so. Anyway, he told me himself the he's jealous of my Hummer and he'd love to get one for himself.

By the way, Jesus is my apartment handyman, and I don't know why the media would is making such a fuss about what he might drive, anyway. The fact is he drives a Hyundai, but it's not as if he could just choose any car or truck he wanted...

Do you mean "Hey-sus" as in the Spanish pronunciation of Jesus?

Hee hee...

The Dali Lama is my spiritual leader and I heard that he would drive an H2 if he thought it would help drive the Chinese out of Tibet.

Jesus rode a donkey, the ultimate off-road transportation, not big on creature comforts though. Speaking of donkeys this whole "WHAT WOULD JESUS DRIVE" issue is starting to smell like a big steaming pile of DONKEY DUNG! /infopop/emoticons/icon_mad.gif

Dali Lama doesn't drive. He rides in limo in a motorcade with whole bunch of moviestars and servants, stays in Presidential suits and fly in private jets.

Isn't Jesus an Angel? Don't Angels have wings? Why do the need SUV's when they have SUW's (Sport Utility Wings)?

Jesus was a carpenter. He'd drive a Hummer for the cargo space, roof rack, and tremendous towing capacity.

I liked the H2 so much, I bought 2!
