Cigs will go up in price 61 cents tomorrow. Better stock up now.

As an American I'm pissed because it's another way the left is trying to influence people's behavior. Just like the gas guzzler tax, other proposed "sin" taxes, and increased proposed taxes on firearms and ammunition.

As a smoker I'm just fcking pissed.

Smoke something else:beerchug:

I quit smoking 3 years ago but recently tried the E Cig. I was blown away at the way it works (almost the real thing)
If I wanted to quit this is how I would do it:

Hell, I might get it anyway :shhh: :D

yes governments like to always squeeze the high tax where people can't easily avoid it - for the reason that customer either has no other alternative (fuel for instance), or has habit that's hard to give up (cigs, alcohol). I hate this approach too. Perhaps smart, but definitely :lame:

They laugh all the way to the bank on gas taxes, booze tax, sin tax and real estate taxes...

If they could tax the air we breath they would:raar:
