View Full Version : Hub assembly/ trac control issue info needed

Ok about 4 months ago my drivers side front wheel barring went out i went to o'rileys autoparts where they informed me that the entire hub assembly had to be changed out on the hummers so i bought the best one they offer cant remember the brand off hand anyways the wire that has something to do with the ABS that connects to the wheel hub when its plug up the truck while driving would come up an say traction active the truck will then jurk left and while braking you can feel the brakes kickin back an alomost gives the feel that the truck is sliding from this point it was behond me so i went to the dealership they said that i have a wiring defect an rewired a small harrness near the ABS line runs along the frame they call said it was fixed i went an picked my truck up to find out two miles down the road nothing had been "fixed"($1350 for nothing) trac control light an abs light reappered right after that so did traction action an then the sudden jurk to the left. the trac control wont ingauge the 4x4 high/ low lock wont ingague either nor diffrential lock ok so basically iam wondering has my dealer just FU*ked up my wiring harness for no reason an what the hell should i do to fix this issue i tried to be as deteled as possible thanks for any help oh yea an also is the problem because i didnt buy a GM Wheel Hub like made by Gm not For a Gm it was bought at orileys like i said

I was thinking I should do a line or 2 of coke since it looks to be written on speed. Maybe if it was better written we could help out with advice. ~Richard
