Been having a problem with my '03 H2 for a little while now. If I run the truck for a bit, shut it off, then restart it again, the engine will rev and then release, rev and release, etc until I put my foot on the gas a little and then it idles smooth. It doesn't do it if the truck has been shut off for a while (ie, overnight), and it doesn't do it when idling after it's been run (ie, at a stoplight). The revs last maybe 1 sec, drop for a sec, rev for a second. Pretty fast and identical in nature, not erratic at all. Any thoughts? And is it something I can fix myself?
