Alignment Specs

Does anybody know the correct alignment specs after installing Cognito UCA and TruXX lift keys?

Both came with new alignment spec in the documents, but I am unclear which ones to use or if I should use something all together different.

Hi what are the spec from both companys? They will change the specs from stock because of height sometimes. stock is below for a 2008 which is likely the same for 2003 up.
