I had posted this up last year, it actually came out of my good buddy's 2006 H2. He purchased this as a brand new GM part, had it programmed to his miles and drove on it for 6 months while he had a custom brushed aluminum face and LED lighting done on his original cluster. It's got approximately 33K on it and is in perfect/new condition. I know this is a direct replacement for 2005/2006/2007, I have been told but cannot absolutely verify that it will work in the 2003/2004. This is a straight plug and play setup which requires no programming (only for mileage)

He paid $400 plus shipping and mileage programming, I checked ebay and the exchange units are selling for $250-400 and there is nothing currently availible for outright purchase.

Asking price is $300 plus shipping

Im not on the board that much these days so please call me if your interested (630-235-186nine) if you need additional photos I would be happy to email you some, if your local and would like to see it in person that is no problem.

Thanks for looking,
Mike

I'm assuming that all of the lights are in working order? And, would you ship via FedEx if I provide you with a prepaid shipping label via email?

Just FYI these have to be programmed to each specific vehicles VIN.

That's what I was told too when we were looking for a replacement for my son's 04 cluster.

Another option is to rebuild your broken one. There are plenty on ebay and the web that will rebuild the whole cluster with the new stepper motors and lights and programmed for under $150.

Sorry I didnt see this sooner...... Im not on the board that often, hence the reason I left my number.

The 08 and newer trucks need to be programmed to the VIN.... you will see an error message come up on the DIC that reads "program cluster", it will still work perfectly fine but you need to clear the message everytime you start the vehicle.

On the 2003-2007's there is no need to program VIN specific, mileage stays with the cluster not the truck. If you want your mileage to be exact then you can send it in/take it to the dealer and pay the fee to program it.

Hope this answers your questions.
