So, i have plenty of tread left on my current tires BFG KM2 37x12.5 R20 on 20 inch Rockstar rims. IIRC they are 20x10
by plenty i mean maybe 15 or 20k tops. the tread is just about half way right now.

So thinking ahead, what are good tires that you guys have used and liked?

im looking for 37 inch, maybe 38 if i dont have to tweak the suspension too much to make it fit. would like to stay at 12.5 width, but as long as no issues, i could move up.

i liked the BFG's, they just suck ass on snow and ice, and since i live in Minnesota..... well thats 9 months out of the year. i do like the fact that i have gotten about 20 to 30k out of the tires now, and there is still life left in them and i bought them used. i also dont like the $700 price tag for each tire, but i do have 1 brand new one that i never mounted...

so anyways,
what are your guys thoughts?

i do like the IROK's, the Nittos are good too, but i have no experience with either.

So..
37 inch maybe 38 inch
12.5 or maybe wider
quietness would be good
must be aggressive looking
40k tread life
$$$ dolla dolla bill yo!

I run 36x13.50 R17 Iroks. Awesome tire. Great traction anywhere on anything, and by utilizing dynabeads, rotating them every 3000k miles, and keeping them at 45psi, they don't wear as bad as one would expect. :beerchug:

I like my Goodyear Wrangler MT/R's. I am running 40x13.50x17 but I am sure you can get them in your size. Run the balancing beads too instead of weights.

Toyo Open Country MT. I'd put the tread life of those against any other tire in that class any day.

I've read a ton of good things about the Goodyear Duratracs. However, I love my stock BFG's.
