best cleaner for headlights

Hey all,
I was curious what you all found to be the best cleaner for our headlights?
I know they are glass, but I noticed there is some hazy gunk on my headlights. I have tried the restore kits without success.... of course I read over the fact that they are designed for plastic lenses not glass.

So anyone have a suggestion to get the hazy or junk or whatever is on there off?
Is there some kind of glass polish ?

Umm mine are plastic 2003 H2 and they haze and have stress cracks in them too that messes up the light output
