Need help identifying part number and name of this item

I've been looking on ebay but I can't seem to find this part for sale:

I'm missing that one from the drivers side, but all I can find on ebay for sale are the chrome covers.
Can anyone please let me know the part number and name of that item?

I'm sure someone will chime in with an actual part number BUT you could buy the chrome ones, sand them down and paint them to match the body color of your rig. Probably be much cheaper than an OEM replacement.

the chrome ones that are for sale on ebay are just chrome covers that you can put on top of the real part. They are not the complete part...
