Just wanted to let you all know that if your trying to do the 12 disc changer and the XM module you will have to wait for the new PIOGM1V3 to become available on 12/18/03 It appears that the V2 will do the CD Changer but not the XM & Changer.it may not do the changer 100% correctly here is a little more info:

See what this forum member wrote. He is saying that he can play all 12 CDs that he has in his 12 disc changer, although he doesn't have XM as of yet, but the PIOGM1V2 should work for 12 disc and XM, shouldn't it?

I can play 12 CD's and my XM is working but you have no way of knowing what xm channel you are on & one time the cd will be on the XM1, the next time it will show up on XM2, the XM shows up only on the CDX screen as disc 10 track 50 would be XM channel 150 http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_frown.gif

Here is what the President of Soundgate told me today:

Subject: Re: P10GM1V2

Hi Richard,
Well, we just found out last week that the '04 Hummer with Nav has
different
software in the radio than other GMs.. causing our PIOGM1V2 to not
operated
correctly.

But... We have already made the engineering changes and will begin
shipping
the PIOGM1V3 next week (12/18/03). We can exchange your V2 version for
the new
piece.

We apologize for the problem. GM tries their hardest to keep us out of
their
radios!

Best Regards,
Rob
