Hi ya'll, I just wanted to let you know that on Tuesday the 7th @ 2:45 pm we had a baby boy. Weight 7lbs 15ozs. He is currently doing well in the special care nursery here at the hospital. He had some problems breathing at first but is very rapidly overcoming those issues. We expect he'll be breathing on his own by this evening and home as early as Saturday. I just wanted to share our happiness with ya'll and let you know we have another member of the Hummer community.

Aw!http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif Congratulations.http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

I know it must have been a little scary. Still must be tough to have the little guy in there. But I am sure the excitement and knowing that he will be okay numbs it a little.http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

Man, You really got hazed into parenthood with all the amazement, worry, love and hope all at
once.http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif I am glad he is doing well and am thinking of you all. Keep us posted and post pics soon.http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Congrats big guy. I've got two of them myself, now 16 and 12 years old. The first few months they are boring as they are in the ESP mode (eat - sleep - poop). Pretty soon after that, they start reacting to the folks, and it's a real gas.

Have fun,

George SSSS

Congratulations on the youngin http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Been long time since we had little ones around the house, daughter is 26, (has a 7 year old daughter) and is expecting a new baby in August, son is 19 and who knows when he will be ready for a youngin, he has to have a son to carry on the last name, no pressure mind you http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

Congrats again, Easy
