My Signature would be 2 pages long and that would be only listing the major mods - Like rubber pad to keep keys from clanking and so on! My mindless post are never more then a few sentances so you can see your suggestion is wacky at best!

I use to have my stuff listed but people were telling me it took up too much space and was somewhat intimidating, so I axed it... But I can bring it back and there are new additions to it now...hahaha

All of the other forums I have been a part of list the MODS. I just happen to like it, not so much for bragging reasons but to get and give other forum members ideas for modding their autos. There maybe MODS on your or someone else's H2 that would not have been done if you or someone else doesn't even know it exists. A forum is a place for cutting edge information and I don't see any reason to not to show the latest and greatest in whats new for the H2. It's great for forum owners when people do more modifications http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif
As for it being my "wacky suggestion" I didn't suggest anything, I just asked a question, not to mention the fact that the designers of this web site (and almost all auto web sites) have a "SIGNATURE" section built in for this exact reason. http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

There is a problem with listing mods on every post. Suppose I want to search for posts about the Predator Programmer. If everyone that has one lists it on every post, I'm not going to be very happy with the search results.

Hummer Man, my keys and fob are banging my Hummer, I can't get them to stop. I read above that you are using rubber as solution. Please do tell or show photo.

As for showing all the cars you own now or owned, that is sort of like walking into a party with your car ownership history hanging on a Mr. T gold chain. This forum is a party room or club room or a bar, when you post or read here, you are walking into a VR Hummer Club House. When I got my first BMW in my 20s, this was when BMW was not common, I couldn't wait to tell everyone in every party that I have a BMW. Looking back, I now know that was not the proper thing to do, you just don't brag about your "things", whether these things are cars or bank accounts. But I also accept the fact that everyone is different, some people like to wear big Mr. T gold chain with a big Mercedes Benz star, some like bright purple suit, and in thier social circles, such exhibition is acceptable and praised. Therefore, you don't see me chase after people who's list of cars is always longer than what they have to say. Once or twice or 3 times is fine, but every short post carries the same long list does get tiring. But I have been quiet and polite. IMHO.

Instead of listing mods in signature with every post, it would be nice if there were a section in the public profile for vehicle description. Maybe the site webmaster could add this.

I don't think the signature section comes into play while searching because that would be a problem if it did. I never had a problem with to many results coming back due to signatures. But that's a valid point, we should ask Jason that question.

I was until I decided to get the H2. I have had Vettes for pretty much the past 18 years. Then the H2 came out and that was it! Love at first sight http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif I was trying to wait for the SUT but that was when I thought it was going to have a removable roof. As soon as that idea was nixed, I sold my Z06, bought the H2, and couldn't be happier! http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif
If your interested here is a link to my past Vettes:
