I have been waiting on my H3 to get here and have just gotten a chance to actually see one. Drove it yesterday and am starting to think more and more that the H2 is for me. Unfortunately a new one is not in the budget right now and I would like to lease as I get bored with a vehicle in about 3 years anyway. May not happen with the H2 though http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif My question is has anyone leased a used H2? I have leased one or two year old vehicles in the past and the rate was great. The other benefits were you get 15K a year mileage, they assume it should already have 15K per year on it (free mileage if under http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif) and warranty goes through the end of the lease. My dealer is telling me nobody leases used H2s because the residual is so bad but I don't believe him. I think he just wants me to either buy the H3 or lease a new H2 from him. Any input would be great.

I haven't used them but you can check Swap Lease.com (http://www.swapalease.com/VehicleSearch/VehicleSearch.asp?make=HUMMER&model=H2&x=42&y=8)
You can take over someone elses lease and sometimes you can get a few thousand as an incentive.

NJ,

Thanks, been looking there but nothing that peaks my interest yet. Will keep watching though.

Pad......................OK http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif. Just for the record I was going to link you to this (http://elcova.com/groupee/forums/a/tpc/f/5106011751/m/4841088621). I figured it might help two members, but alas it is no longer available http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_frown.gif.

Hey there!

Actually, I haven't traded it yet. I won't be trading it until the end of the week. If you are seriously, seriously interested, please e-mail me at SOCRATES1624@aol.com and I can give you my number to discuss. If you take over the lease, you will get the $10,000 worth of accessories with it. Payments are $759.00 a month for another 39 months. You will have to pre-qualify with GMAC, as the lease is through them (Smartlease).

I'm in Florida as well, plus my dad lives near Orlando, so I could always drive it down to you if we make a deal.

Let me know ASAP!

Thanks,
-Justyn

Indeed! http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif I forgot to mention that you get 15K a year, and as of right now, I only have 9400 miles on it (almost for the year). FREE MILES.. http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Socrates,

I knew you had made a deal and thought it was gone already. I would love to take over your lease with all the extras you have done but unfortunately $750/mo just isn't in the budget right now http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_frown.gif I will mention it to a few people I know that might be interested. If so I will have them contact you. Good luck with it.
