We load the truck up with presents heading out to visit family start it up and pull out of the garage and ding ding ding....the fcuking oil pressure is low. http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_mad.gif I immediately turn it off get out and check the oil and everything is fine. Get in start it again, same thing. So I backed back into the garage and left it. http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_mad.gif Mileage is 36,102 http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_mad.gif but I beleive the dealership will help me out on this one. I will have to wait until Monday to get a rollback to take it up. I had just washed it this morning and drove it and everything was fine. Too weird. I feel like it is the oil pump because I can hear the lifters chattering now. I know some of you have had the same problem. What are your thoughts?

Anybody know if there is a TSB on this? I had it towed to the dealership today, but they said they probably wouldn't get a chance to get in it until tomorrow. Just wanted some ammunition in case they try to screw me and tell me they won't pay for it.

Just found this on mygmlink.com....

<BLOCKQUOTE class="ip-ubbcode-quote"><div class="ip-ubbcode-quote-title">quote:</div><div class="ip-ubbcode-quote-content"> Here is a list of all warranties that apply to your H2, as well as a free PDF version of all warranty details.
36/36000 BUMPER TO BUMPER
Valid until 36100 miles. If current mileage reading is incorrect, update the Online Odometer.
72/100000 SHEET METAL COVERAGE RUST THROUGH

96/80000 FEDERAL EMISSION CATALYTIC CONV. AND PCM

60/50000 FEDERAL EMISSION
Valid until 08/23/2008 or 50100 miles, whichever comes first. </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

Interesting....that means I am 2 miles over warranty. http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_mad.gif I am waiting on a call back from the dealer to tell me what is up with it. What's not to say that it went out @ 36,099 and I had to get it home which was only 2 or 3 miles... http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_razz.gif

EDIT: Just got a call from the dealer and they said they feel like it is the oil pump, but haven't pulled the oil pan yet and will do that today or tomorrow morning. He told me not to worry about the warranty because he felt like GM would cover that without a problem, so that makes me feel a little better. Still sucks having this problem right at warranty expiration....almost seems like it is rigged. http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif
