Not sure but it sounds very unsophisticated like someone playing around on their MIDI software. It could be that FC/Kahuna band that they use for some of their other commercials, but didn't sound as good.

If you go to Hummer.com and click on the H2, you can watch all 6 commercials, including the recent sleigh one. They give the details on the music as well. Here it is for the sleigh commercial:
