I am going in for a service next monday to have the front left checked as when it is cold and I turn left I hear a noise that sounds like there is something rubbing....

My question is, where if any place can I see and new service bulletins so that I can see if there are any so that I can have them checked and delt with when I am at the dealer......

Bulletins are specific to the condition. If you don't have the condition, there is no need for a dealer to check the vehicle. As a general rule, bulletins apply to a small majority of the vehicles listed.
There are about twelve bulletins currently issued for the H3, out of these bulletins, my H3 has only required the additional transfer case fluid fill.

I can't find anything under released bulletins.
