View Full Version : Can on-board air suspension compressor be used for Air Lockers?
Is this possible or do you need a 2nd compressor?

I would just get an elocker for the front. Having had an ARB I see no problem with a good compressor shop mounting the air line solinoid on the existing air tank. Still see no need to mix systems though.

I'd use/add the stock ARB compressor.
You would need a way to "trip" the air compressor on the stock air suspension to add pressure to the locker solenoid, and then keep it. The stock ARB compressor contains a small air tank to keep and maintain that pressure.
Thx for the responses guys.
Is there anywhere in the back portion of an SUT to mount an aftermarket compressor?
