I like the design of the chrome wheels over the standard rims (mono-spoke vs. bi-spoke). But I don't like the chrome. Thus I painted mine black (car's color), and only left the "fake-CTIS" clip with the HUMMER-logo in chrome. If anyone is curious how it looks... I will post pics next week (once the black brush guard has been installed).

Much easier to clean as well.
KC,
If someone was ordering now, can they get the chrome wheels with the off road package for the $900 extra it was for the chrome upgrade on 32s?
They still show that the Chrome Wheels are unavailable to order from the factory with the 33" tires on a Vehicle Order. It looks like the only way to get them would be to order them after the fact.

Thanks for checking. Maybe that will change.
I don't like the chrome. They need to take it one step beyond the norm and offer blacked out or smoked rims. Chrome is played out.

I not into the bling look but I do like nice chrome wheels.

I like that look too, I am a big fan of the competition gray wheels that they now offer on the Corvette. I would like to see something like that or even totally blacked out for the H3.
The dealership in my area is sending out the factory "spoke" wheels (not the chrome ones) and getting them chromed for their customers...at a price. They do look very nice, and could be attractive for folks that got the Adventure package, and were denied the chrome wheels.
That is the best part of these that are available now. You can use them on the Adventure package too.

Cool! Now you can choose which one you like as both can be had now for any H3. Nice!

how much would it cost to get the factory spoke wheels chromed? What dealerships are doing that? Do you have to get new centercaps?
