I have been a member of this site for quite some time, although more of a lurker than active poster. I am seriously interested in purchasing an H3 in the near future and had a question regarding the GMID (supplier) discount. How long is such a number good for? If I do not have a specific deal setup, is it possible to shop around without losing the number?
Secondly, and more importantly, would someone be able to provide me with a number?
Thank you.

The number is good for 6 months and you don't have to have a current deal to get one.

We honor the employee pricing on H3 for people with GMS, not under the promotion for everyone. Most dealers should be doing the same

There's probably a ton of people emailing him for an ID... Give it a couple of days... Mine took 20 minutes..
I may be able to get one or two. The next 2 people that post their email address here will be first in line.
Meanwhile I'll check with my buddy and see if he has any.
Please dont ask for one unless you're sure you are going to use it!

Hey Guys quick ?? about the GMID. I just received my auth # which is terrific, but just curious on steps with the dealer as far as acceptance and any other info I might need. Also is there a possibility of them not honoring it for some unknown reason. I live in Delaware. Any info would be helpful...Thanks

The dealer is not required to accept GMID, and quite a few don't, so it is best to ask before you start the purchasing process. You don't need any other info with your GMID as long as it was issued to you in your name and social security #.
Dan, would love a GMID if you have any left! My wife is set on getting an H3, so any discount whatsoever would be terrific! http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif Thanks

Guru I have a highly modified 1969 International scout 800.
I would love to take her down there actually I would love to take it to the hummer dealer and walk all over there course! It has almost a 90 degree approach angle and 100 to 1 gearing.
Hey if the xm comes in the truck does it mean the system has the sub???

I am not positive but I believe you can get the XM in most if not all the stereo models but I know the sub only comes on the monsoon system.
As soon as I can get more IDs I'll let you guys know. The one's I have right now are spoken for.
