Is anyone running 17x10 inch rims with no lift? If so do you have issues with rubbing? I am considering 10 inch wide rims with 37x12.5 BFG's

My stock rims and tires rub on the sway bar at full lock on both sides.

I have run 17x10 rims and 37x12.50x17 Goodyear MTR for 27,000 miles with no rubbing. Even offroading they do not hit. I adjusted the torsion bars to raise the front end, but my H2 sat very nose low when I bought it. The rims have a 4.5 inch backset.

Hey Bevo,

If your "stock" setup rubs on the sway bars I'd get it checked out before the warranty expires.

kdio, that is the set up I was thinking about, but then I found a set of 17x8 with funtioning bead locks and I am wondering if that might be a better way to go. Im thinking the sidewall movement might be helped with the 8" rims. Too many decisions!

I know, I know, bead locks are not D.O.T. approved but with all the fake ones these days im sure no one will even notice http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif.

Thanks for the info and your expierence should I go with the 10's
