Took my H3 in for a small fix.. Center Console didn't shut properly.. Also had the Dealer install Splash Guards and Roof Marker Lights. I heard the warning about Wind Noise..but still wanted them... I explained that I have a 1.5 hour drive... Dealer said..no problem, 3 hours tops .. Well 6 hours later I was fuming. No sign of my H3 on the racks. Complained to the salesman... Dealer lent me car to take home with the promise that the saleman will drive my H3 home to me. Good Save on the Dealers part. What worries me..is that Service Manager called and said that this was their first Marker Light Install and they were scratching their heads?? Now I'm nervous... anyway... we'll see what happens tomorrow. Dealer is a Hummer/Chevy Dealership... More to follow..

That's not quite a year(unless you're Brundle/Fly). Don't be a piss-ant and exaggerate.

When you get your truck, check over the roof lights closely. It is a little bit of a pain to install your first time. What I'm concerned about is you have to install riv nuts in the roof, and if the installer is a moron and doesn't do it right. Just make sure the light assm. looks tight on the roof and centered properly.

I would have called off the install as it sounds like they're going to screw it up leaving you with leaks and all kinds of problems.

Installation completed... received a call from Salesman...stating that installer cracked windshield... Small crack, but a crack just the same.. Salesman driving H3 to me this evening.. meanwhile dealership looking for Glass... When glass arrives they will send driver to pick car up and deliver it back when repairs are done... I wanted to call it off XM-DUDE, but it was already too late... I'm going to hang on to paperwork and wait and see what happens... No need to mention dealership yet.. So far they are trying to make good... so I'll see what happens... and thanks Hummertech... I will inspect the assembly for a good fit...
