I'm kinda wondering the same thing. It seems like they would get torn off with any real offroading. Last week I sunk the H3 in sand to the frame. I'm pretty sure they would be gone if I had them. On the other hand, the rear fenders will definatly get beat up without them which I know we've covered more than enough times lately. Anyone with them , let us know.

whats up? does knowone have anything to say about this? If we added a NAKED CHIC or the word TIPS to the question could we get a response?

Check out the HummBeebe pics. I have been thru 4 events and the mudflaps are fine. No scuffs or breakage.

I am going to a Hummer Happenings on Oct.21-22 and I'm leaving the mud flaps on. The way I look at it is that mud flaps are cheaper than paint. I will bring my tool box incase they trail guides recommend taking them off. I won't know what the obstacles are until I get there.
I did go off-roading in Sept. w/the mud flaps, climbing over logs & brush. I didn't have any problems

HummBeebe, The only pics that I could find were in your driveway http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_confused.gif
Were your 4 events driving over the curb? http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

I did some medium off - roading and didn't have any issues. I think they would flex or squish enough.
Are you going to the hummerhappenings in WA?

they are fine off road.. besides i dont think you can get them back on if you take them off cuz the special squish screws seem to be use once only
