OEM mud flaps and 285 tires?

Can anyone say if the OEM mud flaps cover the width of 285 tire size (Adventure Pkg)?

Nope. Tires stick out quite a bit, probably 1-1/2 inches or so.

Does help with splashing on the side of the truck, I don't know if rocks will still be a problem for the paint.

Well that sucks. I guess I'll have to shop for generic flaps that are wide enough.
