The pros being you guys/girls. I will be if all goes well buying the h-3 in a week or so (closing on a new home first so I have to wait till thats done) I'm going boulder gray with adventure and lux packages. Any other must haves that you guys think is a can't live with out. Chrome, sunroof? I think the lux and adventure about covers it. Opinions please

cool 5-0 i dont have a sunroof some really like them so its your call . i think you should get the rocker protection it is great with the adventure for wheelin . i hate running boards so dont waste the money on them unless you really need them jmtcw . under carriage protection can be bought aftermarket much cheaper and installed at home . cant wait to see it when you get it http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif i also prefer no chrome but that is up to you too http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_cool.gif

Thanks! I'm with you on the rockers and no running boards.Probably won't do the sunroof. as I plan to do a roof rack. Who do you recommend for the undercarriage protection?

i got mine thru www.hummerhub.com (http://www.hummerhub.com) but picked it up , they are about a hour away from me . if you can find a local shop to get it and pick up from them may be best route , the shipping is the killer . when making your deal see if they will add it for 300.00 its worth it at 300.00 i paid 290.00 and had to put it on but this is a supplier price so i did pretty good http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_cool.gif

The sunroof is actually the only thing I regret not getting. Most racks only cover half the roof anyways, and you can get a Gobi with the sunroof cutout.
If you're gonna wheel, definitely get the rockers, lose the steps, and look into the UCP protection.
BTW, great choice on the color. http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif And of course, post pics once you get it.

When I purchased my H3.. I tended to seperate things into items that could be added post-buy vs items that could not.
I would go with the sunroof. Racks, rails, etc can all be added later, but aftermarket sunroofs tend to be leaky and suck.
I LOVE my sunroof, just opens that cabin up so nice..

thanks for the welcome. If for some unknown reason the gray doesn't work out we have a backup color of slate blue. Rockers and ucp are the must haves. my wife said whatever I wanted as long as it has leather. http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

If you think you need the help of getting into the cabin then go with the removable u-steps. Much better than nerf-bars.

ok heres the list of sh it you need these are must haves
sunroof
side steps
mudflaps
seriously you need the sidesteps to get in and out easier. especially if you got a woman cuz the h3 is tall, and getting in and out is a bitch as it is. and im 28 and not fat http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif the mudflaps will protect your fenders from rock chips and keep the mud off the door handles. the sunroof is something everyone regrets not getting. i got the xm radio thrown in on my deal and i didnt want it originally but now i LOVE IT!
66 RAW bitches! recognize chump! haha i love that
