Pic Six - Clearance - The wheel isn't fully stuffed so I don't know if this is fair, but there is about an inch to inch and a quarter worth of space between that flange and the tire.

Things learned in the process.

1. It takes about 35-45 minutes of working slow to change four wheels.

2. It wasn't hard at all to do. Hell, Even HI could do it in an hour http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_eek.gif (here comes trouble!)

3. It takes about 1 fully charged, three year old, Ryobi 18 volt battery to remove and install 4 wheels using an impact driver. No, the Ryobi doesn't snug the lugs up fully, but it takes them off nice and quick! http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

4. I seem to have lost some weight. My god damn pants keep falling down! http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_mad.gif I felt like Home Boi G and I'm sure I nearly gave some old woman the thrill (or fright) of her life! http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_eek.gif

5. The TPS warning NEVER came on. Weird... I did leave the OE spare on for right now as these will be coming off in a few days.

Lookin good. Dont forget to retorque lugs after a 100 miles. I had 2 that needed alittle snugging. Did you do a T-bar adjustment? A couple turns will give you a extra inch of clearance. They look great! It would be had for me to take them off. Really sets your rig. W.T.G. dOg http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_razz.gif

Notice that I am NOT the originator of the free beer thread. http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif However, IF you drive from Cali for the first weekend, not only will I buy you all the beer you can drink, you could still turn around and make it back to Moab for the start of the trip! http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

I found a cement retaining wall that ramped gently up and drove the drivers side up it. The rear pass tire stuffed completely w/o issues. Also, no rubbing at full lock. Yet to try aired down.

If Neo had zero issues with the Toyo's then I expect no issues with these.

We'll see. All I know is that on the Next Paragon trip, Hummer Hill will be mine! http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gifhttp://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gifhttp://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

I have not tried them aired down yet but I did back up that rock ramp so that the front wheels were stuffed/extended and then cranked the wheel over hard. No rubbing. Not even close. We'll see what happens when aired down. http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
