Anyone else have this happen? I fill up and when I drive away from the pump, and leave the gas staion I get some major hesitation. It is just when I am leaving the gas station, then once I get going it goes away and doesn't happen again. This happens almost every time I fill up. Just wondering if it is something I should talk to my dealer about? Thanks

Just filled up 20 minutes ago and nothing like that. I don't think I have ever had it happen before either.
Is it really hot where you are?

No, not really, I'm in Wisconsin. Happened yesterday, it was about 75 degrees.
It's not that big of deal except when I have to pull out of a gas station where the speed limit is 55 (like yesterday). I pull out into traffic and it doesn't want to go.
It only happens right after filling up, and almost every time.

it almost sound like vapor lock ( I think that the right term) where the fuel line is hot enough to turn the gasoline into a vapor. Just a guess thought how hot is the engine and how fast where you going.

X2
I think you're H3 is just bloated, like after a large meal. Try feeding it more often and with smaller portions. And no swimming for 30 minutes.

I don't know what the fuel pressure is on the 3.5L but the 4.3L had over 40 psi making vapor lock imposible.
I'd say there's a problem with the fuel pump, wiring or there's dirt in the tank that get's disturbed when you fill up then settles.
Talk to your service rep.

Don't know if you're forced into a blended gas formula (as in ethanol), but I'd lean towards that. There's a good chance that moisture was present in the fuel and this occurs if the complete process for transition was not followed by the fuel distributor/seller. If you purchase from the same seller, try a different one and see if the problem continues.

Thanks for the ideas.
Its happened while leaving 3 different gas stations (Kwik Trip, BP, Cenex) 2 sell 10% ethanol blend, 1 sells unblended.
I guess I will see if it continues.
Thanks again!

Try not jumping the curb on the way out. It's easier on your wheels too :D
