Bought my H3 last month. The tires had flat spots from sitting on the lot. They weren't too bad so I gave them some time to see if the heat would get rid of them. It didn't so I took the H3 in today. I explained it to the service writer. He took a 2 minute drive, came back and said the tires would be replaced in 30 minutes. All with just a handshake (no paperwork). Thanks to James at Towbin Hummer in Las Vegas.

Great service. They probably just swapped both the wheels/tires since they have so many take offs in the shop.

Towbin is a great looking Hummer dealer now since they moved across the street to their new location. Ton of inventory/choices. We always stop by to check out their H's when we are in Las Vegas. ;) :D

i think that's "Towbin Dodge" of Las Vegas. Probably the same family. I only know LV Towbin Hummer from visiting while there. I do have to say, though, that Towbin Hummer .. although they have a lot of stock, has way higher prices than Hummer dealers in Southern California. We checked out five Hummer dealers here before buying through the one we chose .. but even the highest dealer here was lower than Towbin. Plus, Nevada has some sort of surcharge they tack on. Doesn't matter ... a Hummer is great at any price. :D

X2 on great Hummer Service. Just had first oil change here at Hendrick Hummer in Cary, NC. Facility and staff were great. Turned out that I had some type of "advantage" plan and the oil change/tire rotation were free. Have had Jeeps, Honda, Nissan, and BMWs and Hummer by far has had the best service (so far).

"Chop" from the show King of Cars is the President of Towbin Dodge. His father owns Towbin Automotive Group which consists of all the Towbin Dealerships including Hummer. It's a funny show.

I have to agree, Hummer service has been excellent. Bachman Hummer in Louisville can't be more accomodating. By far, the best service I've ever experienced.
