drivers side mirror

has$ anybody here problems with the drivers side mirror being loose. it is so bad that it shakes in the wind and when i close the door i can here it rattle. it sucks having a 37 thousand dollar truck and going down the road you hear a rattle. am i the only one to have this prob.

Had it on the passenger side and they fixed it in a flash
