Is this true I could get a special discount GMID?

I am in the process of buying a 2006 H3. Is it possible to get a special discount by getting a GMID number? What does this actually mean? Could this be used with the zero % they are offering?
How do someone get a GMID, someone could just donate it to you?

I'm out of GMID numbers for this month or i would give you one. Someone on this board should be able to send you one.

To answer your other questions... Yes, you can use the GMID number combined with other dealer or promotional offerings. Make sure your dealer accepts the GMID before you go. Most do but there are a few select dealers in the country that don't participate.

Not trying to steal anyone's thunder here but can GMID be used on 2007 H3s?
I am looking at about a $38K with all options figured in. How much would that save approximately. I would definitely wait until August is it is worth it and anyone would be kind enough to share.
