Phil: Questions on PML tranny pan

Phil, couple of questions.

Is it true that the tranny filter can be changed by simply dropping the stock OEM pan and not having to touch the exhaust?

If I add the PML tranny pan, will I have to drop the exhaust each time I want to change the tranny filter?

Phil, does the PML pan come with an extended pickup for the deeper pan? I have not seern the inside of the tranny, so I am not sure if one is even required.
