I've got a friend that is looking to cross over from the heep side, and he wants to get an H3. I'm hoping that someone can provide him with a GMID or GMS number. Thanks.

Have him, or you PM me his last four of his SSN, his date of birth and an email address where I can have the certificate sent.
If there are no problems on the GM site, I can get him a number tomorrow.

you should have two emails, one from the GM system, one from me in a word doc. Both contain the same info, but I don't trust the GM system to always send out the info.
