I believe in giving credit where credit is due.
I am interested in playing my I Pod through the stereo. In one of the earlier threads, a product called Neutron, sold by Log Jam on the web, was discussed. I bought one and was pleased for a couple of days. All of a sudden, the stereo no longer recognized the Neutron. I went back to Car Toys, who installed it, to have the wiring checked. The insstallation was given a clean bill of health. Sunday, I went on line and requested an RMA from Log Jam. Monday, I received an email from Log Jam saying that since the failure occurred within 30 days, I didn't need an RMA and a replacement had been sent! I received the replacement today.
Well done Log Jam! Customer service like that is appreciated! Credit where credit is due!:jump:
Question. The original Neutron is now working, again. Do I keep it and return the new one, or swap them out at my expense??
