I am still figureng out how to crop down the file size width and height to upload to this site

Plenty of pics but the re-sizing them is a pain till I know what I am doing.

Image Resizer
This PowerToy enables you to resize one or many image files with a right-click.

after it opens when you are on a picture, I click on the advanced button and choose Make pictures smaller butnot larger
