The first one has no rear door handles.. No spare tire, and looks like a rear fold down door with lift glass.....I like that.

The first one probably has suicide doors thus the no door handles, and i think both look awsome. But the first one doesnt resemble a minivan at all!!! Where did you find that?

Second one looks like an Avalanche rip off. I'll buy a Sniper or a Karnivore if I needed a buggy. Probably be cheaper too.
