I think Dodge Nitro or Jeep Commander are better offroader than the Range Rover though. Great articulation, ground clearance, departure and approach angle, and better quality....but just my .02..:giggling:

I always like the pics of people pulling others out throwing down "Ownage" cards on then when you can clearly see the vehicle stuck was going some where no one else has gone yet. Want to show me something, pull the stuck dude out then YOU run it. Pretty easy to Own some one when you never risk getting stuck. Of course there are those out there who constantly get stuck for the lack of sense... should just leave those guys stuck... natural selection....

This again. Didn't you own up to this being a hoax? (http://www.elcovaforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=24176).
Last weekend I pulled a Cherokee out of the mud, and the second Cherokee (my neighbor's son) was in over his axles. It took a Chevy 6.6L Dmax, in an off-road P/U truck, set up for mud, and twenty minutes, and three tow straps (we broke one) to pull him out. Not one person said sh*t about a Hummer pulling out a jeep or a Chevy pulling out a jeep. It seems only people with no confidence make a point of who pulled out who!

LOL.... Out on the trail, if you don't take risk, you'll never get stuck. I have never been stuck because I chosen to drive wisely.
One of my buds did a huge off road no-no by running through a DEEP puddle, and hit a huge rock towards the end of it. I had to pull him out and help him fix his truck.
Sure, I know about dumb drivers. Lets see snow mobile got stuck, so he gets the big ole john deere tractor out to pull it out. Its a rear wheel John Deere, and why he did only he knows. So he knocks on my door at 2130 hrs ask if I can pull out the tractor. So I did, than while I was at it he ask me to get his truck unstuck which was on a hill near his house. So I did, sister came home from BF to get DVD. Didn't defrost back windshield, got stuck, so I pulled her out.
Now 2340 hrs, DW is calling me wondering what was going on. I told her I was just helping Paul and his family get there autos unstuck.
Point is, he would help me.
Just like everyone should on the trails.
We are all out there to have a good time.:excited:

That $80,000 Range Rover sure is nice. I could not help but notice there are not any pictures of it doing more than the equivilant of running over a curb.
There are countless, pictures of H3's doing some major off roading.
Perhaps those pictures are out there, could you show us where they are? :giggling:

Same spot, completely different lines in each pic. I know you're not that dumb Mooncricket... The H2 took a real bad line and got hung up on it, the Jeep would be in the same position if he had taken that line. The Rover took the easiest line, only his driver side tires take on the boulders while the passenger side has a nice flat dirt to ease it through.
And a little note to everyone, don't take him seriously, he's kinda demented and gets off on HUMMER owners responding to his drivel.

I really enjoyed this thread. Laughing my ass off the whole time. b/4 anyone gets the wrong impression of me let me say, it doesn't matter what you drive just that you get out there and wheel it.
i am a Land Rover owner mostly b/c of the offroad prowess. Yes jeeps are good as well as some hummers. I own a Range Rover Sport just like the one in this discussion except mine is SUPERCHARGED. I also own a Defender 90. That RRS can perform like anything out there until you start to modify. Tires are a big limiting factor with the RRS.
Here's the spec's:
http://rangerovers.net/modelspecs/Sport/2006%20specs.html
Here's the H3:
http://www.lotpro.com/cars/2007/hummer/h3/techspecs/
Very close if you ask me. More clearance with RRS. Approach angle 34 and 35, respectively. So it all comes down to the driver. Personally, I'll take my RRS and if that ain't good enough, then my D90.

Biology is the study of life. It is concerned with such topics as classifying the various forms of organisms, how species come into existence, and the interactions they have with each other and with the natural environment. Biology encompasses a broad spectrum of academic fields that are often viewed as independent disciplines. However, together they address phenomena related to living organisms (biological phenomena) over a wide range of scales, from biophysics to ecology.
