Yep... some sort of horrible sticky black stuff under the surface of the sand... smelled very bad too...

This is what they looked like when they dried around 1hr after splashing around :giggling:

This H2 was a rental and they put it back to the rental company like this...

The driving here isn't the best at any time, so the looks we got one the way home were worrying - i.e. staring at the trucks and swerving across lanes whilst they where doing it :rant:

rental people must have been exited when you brought that back like that.:clapping:

Correct - it's a combination of sulphur and crushed coral from waaaaayy back.. doesn't smell when it's dry, but jeez, it takes AGES to clean off :confused: ... just as well I purchased a fairly decent power washer ;)

Oh, watch this space - the GM dealer across the causeway in Saudi Arabia has manufactured a 1.5in lift for the H3... trying to get a hold of them and get my truck over there in the next week or two, thereafter to have a new set of Cooper 35's fitted :dancingbanana:
