Does anyone know where the xm tuner is located? I'm trying to install a Nucleus NC-X2i IPod interface and can't find the XM tuner!! I've pulled the radio (I have the Monsoon w/6 disc changer) and also looked behind the glove box...is it integrated into the radio unit itself?

From what I remember the Factory Installed XM module is directly above the glove box frame. This is with the NAV Radio System. When you pull the door off you'll see the antenna junction connector clipped to the frame of the glove box door. Above that burried is the XM Module.
So ..If I'm wrong here ..someone jump in and correct me if I'm wrong.:D

OK..I found it...it IS located directly above the glove box door... after you take the door off (remove 3 screws directly below the door), there is a plastic panel above the space behind the door...upon first inspection, it doesn't appear that this panel can be removed...but if you pull down on the back edge (closest to the firewall) it will unsnap and swing down. The XM tuner is right there. From that point it is a 10 minute job to insert the Nucleus interface into the XM box. My IPOD now plays through, charges, and can be controlled by the factory stereo!! Great!
