What is a Hummer H3 (with WBL)?

On the GM incentives page- the 2007 Hummer H3 (with WBL) is $3500 off. What the hell is with WBL? I wouldn't normally ask but they have it listed separate from the regular H3's so I figured I'd better.

Anyone?

Thanks! Guess that lets me out as if I'm gonna buy another H3- it has to be the midnight blue metallic. Oh well.....
