My truck was broken into....

My truck was broken into last Tuesday morning. I had forgotten to remove my Garmin nuvi nav and so they jacked it. They busted out the driver's side window and bent back the frame around the right bottom corner of the window. Man, there was glass everywhere. The cops said that this has been happening a lot in this area. Also, people have been stealing H3s and H2s like mad.

I think the cops were talking about me. I got my Nuvi 660 jacked, my driver's window broken, and my H2 stolen. All separate icidents. And there's more...:crying::crying::crying:Sorry for you, Bro'. I know it sucks!

Yeah - a friend of my husband who has an H2 SUT got broken into - they took his navigation system that replaced his stock radio. It sucks :raar:

getting personal items stolen or vandalized can really be upsetting.
unfortunatley, with more and more desperate people out there, we just have to protect ourselves by where we park, what we leave visible in the car, etc.
i know it sucks, because i have had vehicles broken into as well, but it will continue to happen unless we make our stuff less easy to tamper with.

The bottom right corner of the driver's side window was bent back in their attempt to get in. I live in Huntington Beach, near Newport and Long Beach.
