well time for an oil change/ tire rotation...but had some things i wanted to get taken care of, most importantly my Air Conditioner. It only blows cold air when the temp meter is as cold as it could possible go, if not it blows hot air. So while iw as getting those things done, i decided ill just do everything while im at it...had a squeeking sound from my back right door everytime it was opened/closed, replacing the wiper blades, and taking care of a little ding that some :soapbox: got on my back left fender flare, and also doing a front end alighnment, so they have my car till either tomorrow or Saturday so in the meanwhile im driving my dads car which is pretty fun....anyway have any of you guys had the issue with the A/C???

Couldn't the dealer give you a loaner while your 3 is being serviced? The a/c problem alone would qualify for a loaner. Aren't you still under warranty?

I never had a/c problems when I had my H3 .. other stuff, but not the a/c. Shouldn't be too difficult for them to figure out. Good luck. :D

ya they did give me a loaner, problem is you have to be 21 to get a loaner from em, and im 17, so i had my mom come in to get the loaner becuase she was going to take that and i was going to have her car, but the interior of the loaner was extremly dirty, so my mom didnt take it, so i winded up taking my dads car, and my dads partner is just going to take him to work today. So yes they offered a loaner but we didnt take it, and ya its still under warranty.

When i told my service person about the a/c problem she said a couple people have come in with that problem with their a/c lately.

i had the problem with the ac, they said it was my switches. they pulled a set of them out of an h3 on the lot and stuck em in mine, and it works great now, altho the color was off on the backlighting but i think its evened out... it was bluer....

they took care of it no problem, it was my a/c actuator, replaced it and it works great, as for my door squeek they had to order a piece for it and that just got in yesterday so i have to go pick that up, turns out my left door is doing the same thing now so they have to order oen for my left door now. And as for my fender flare ding they cant to it cause the fender flares on the h3 are plastic, and they have to heat it an d re shape it to fix it and they dont wanna do that

What is the point in paying for a tire rotation? I never understood that.. maybe I'm missing out. I have 33k on my H3 and my tires look just fine. Never rotated them once.

Not sure why you would pay for it. Do it yourself. The physics of tire wear are straight forward. Each tire has its own aspect. Each wheel house has its character. Over travel and time they wear unevenly.
You should rotate every 5 K for best performance.

i have em rotated every 6, i would do it myself but i have no idea how to do such a thing and it would take me like ten years to just get off and on one tire
