I hope not.
All we can hope for is that the H3 and H3T continue to be made and then sold and serviced thru Chevy Dealers like the Corvette is.
I would settle on a H3 or H3T with a Chevy name tag.

I saw that article earlier too - I think it's premature, and the author of the article just uses "facts" that we've heard in the past..GM is looking for Hummer buyer etc... I wouldn't panic yet. Also, at my local dealership they sold quite a few Hummers lately, there were incentives that made them great buys I'd say. They have limited stock now, and all very expensive (MSRP+++). They have only one H2 left BTW, and priced like $79k.. H3T's go like $40-$46
There is absolutely nothing new in that article, all old information re-written in an attempt to create something new to read. Fail.

...just another BS article with no REAL PROVEN FACTS!!!
,,,same as other post on here.."It's not official yet, but my sister's boyfreind's drug addicted, cross-dressing brother works for a Company that writes news articles for Yahoo Autos said: HUMMER is closing next week and all HUMMER owners will not have warranty or service....but only if Obama claim's he's part white and Arabic, not black." :fdance:
It's obvious the brand is up for sale and parties are looking into it, but I'd put money on it, HUMMER is not done!!!!:twak:

I saw that too. what a crock. they are just trying to drive people away from American products.
I was at the dealer earlier today, they just got in a Black on black H2 ...sweet looking ride.
Some REAL news about HUMMER...

There are still hundreds of thousands of units out there. The aftermarket is huge so come what may. There will be parts and service galore...
Down the road it could make the existing more valuable.
Time will tell:popcorn:
No worries:beerchug:

hey rubher ducky, i may start changing my mind about obama. i just read that he's putting crazy restrictions on car companies. i guess all vehicles need to be at 35 mpg by 2012. that would pretty much mean so long Hummer, goodbye pickup and see ya later SUV. I don't wanna be riding around in some stupid POS car that gets 35 mpg, but gets stuck in 1 inch of snow.
