I appreciate the advice, fun, and information here. You're certainly a raucous group. It was awesome to meet some of you when I lived outside. I'll poke in here time to time to see how you're doing. I ain't dead, but probably dead to you. I couldn't take the chicom affiliation and ditched my H3.:violin: I dumped a ton of money into the General's company the past 20 years, probably to the tune of about $300k. Nothing good became of it. :soapbox: Busted head, busted rear end, but thankfully, the extended warranty came in handy. Just doing an endrun on what's going to happen. There's only one dealer up here in AK. Once GM dumps 'em, there will be no one to take care of my little problem child. The auction sheets are already bleeding due to the chicom buyout. Check it out for yourselves. We'll see how my new Raptor does. Who knows, maybe Hummer will be like Smith and Wesson and an American will buy it back soon.

You're right, who'da guessed that of all the vehicle companies in America, they'd buy Hummer. Just as a curious note, what are people going to do when GM dealerships aren't servicing Hummers anymore? Does this mean that the chicoms are going to be doing all of the parts, and even more GM parts? There's some payoff somewhere for them taking all of our useless dollars. Is this part of it?
