My 03 H2 has a slow and intermittent leak. Leaks mostly in colder weather or if I park on an uphill grade. Was wondering if anyone had tried sealing a slow leak like this with tire sealant? Is the fitting on the bag the same as a tire valve? Would it gum up the whole system?

DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT . IF THE BAGS LEAK CHANGE THEM ,IT IS EASY AND CHEAP . Drive it till they are pumped up ,spray the bags down with soapy water ,and look for bubles to find a leak in the bags . :raar:
Hi thats two of us DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!!!! FIX the bags or what ever is leaking.

Agreed with both replies, pay now or pay lots later
By the time you have removed the airbag to inject your tire sealant you might as well replace the entire airbag units -not to mention that the tire sealant probably won't work, as the airbags always flex a lot where they become porous. They are fairly cheap and not that difficult to replace. There is even a Video on Youtube which walks you through the necessary steps. Cheers, Indy.
